Summer Shipping

Yes, you can get chocolate in the summer!

And, yes, it is a challenge.

People are obsessed with The Maccs. Our chocolate + coconut + love treat has won rave reviews. We want to make sure anyone who craves them can get them.

Here’s the situation:

Our chocolate is pure Belgian luxury chocolate - super high end - which means it melts even easier than typical commercial chocolate.

It is possible to ship in the summer!

We ship the Maccs with cold packs and, or dry ice and insulated liners.

Your package may contain dry ice and a cold pack - if there are still pieces in the box please do NOT touch any remaining pieces of dry ice with your hands. Leave them in the box, out of reach of kids and pets and they will disappear on their own. Do not put in the freezer.

You must be on the lookout for your Maccs

Keep your eyes and ears peeled for the mouth-watering one of a kind treat. Track your order using the Shop App, the Route App, or the tracking info in your confirmation email.

What if my order is damaged?

With Route, you can easily file claims for damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. Make sure to take a picture of your package/order, you will need it to file your claim.

Meet and greet your Maccs as soon as they arrive.

Please meet your Maccs once they are delivered. The Maccs need your love and attention. Do not let them linger in loneliness on your doorstep, porch, or in your mailbox.

Everyone who supports this independent woman-owned business knows we are not a shipping company. Therefore we ask you to promise, "Meet your Maccs when they arrive. Be our part in this responsibility.”

After They Arrive

To enjoy the nuances of the Maccs, bring them to room temperature. To store the Maccs and enjoy later, keep them in the freezer. When ready, bring them to room temperature.

How long will it take for my Maccs to arrive?

Remember, we don't bake your Maccs until after you place your order. Depending on your place in line, that happens in one to two days. Shipping can take an additional one to four days. That depends on the shipping companies. So, your Maccs could take as long as six days to arrive.

If you have any special delivery needs, please let us know at hello@MichelleMaccs.com or leave a message at 1-800-674-0375 before purchasing.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Once the Maccs leave our bakery, we rely on the shipper to get them to you in the estimated delivery time, pending no weather delays.

As long as you fill in the correct and complete address when you placed your order, the Maccs should arrive on time. And if they don’t, we will do everything we can to help get your Maccs to you in the event of an issue.

COVID DELAYS: As COVID-19 has spread, we have seen an increase in people shopping online. In addition, the delivery services such as USPS and UPS are struggling to keep up with this increase. We are doing our best to serve our customers while also helping to ensure the safety of our employees. These safety measures include adding protocols that slow down our logistics and order processing.
